6-WEEK FITNESS PROGRAMME
Need an extra push? I got you covered! THIS is the 6-week programme you have been waiting for.
1 Face-To-Face Consultation (fitness assessment, goals setting, lifestyle analysis, workout scheduling).
2 Programmes: delivered on the first week.
2 Follow-Ups: one after 3 weeks and one at the end of the 6-week period via Zoom.
Not included: nutrition tips and plans.
The Initial Consultation
Performed in-person.
Be ready to move during your fitness assessment.
Any medical conditions, injuries, pregnancies should be mentioned.
Schedule your workout on your calendar to be consistent.
Programme Delivery
2 programmes are delivered by email with detailed exercises and the muscles involved, the numbers of reps and sets, the resting time.
You are in control of the programme you wish to follow.
Follow-Ups
Follow-ups are done via Zoom, the occasion to ask any question to your trainer and increase/decrease the level of difficulty if necessary.
1 follow up after 3 weeks.
1 follow up at the end of the 6-week period.
Note: the follow-ups needs to be booked with your trainer. Past the 6-week period, the contract between you and your trainer is over.
