I promise you I was the last one to be picked up in a sports team. Fortunately, I had some friends who chose me… But not for my abilities!

I used to live a sedentary lifestyle and had an office job. I only set a foot in the gym for the first time when I realised I did not like my appearance. I ended up falling in love with the effect it had on me and how great I could feel. I started training on a regular basis, planned my workouts in advance in my diary, went out of my comfort zone and redefined my values and myself as a person. It opened my perspectives in trying different things like agility training, boxing, even archery and tried several times to run a 5K - which I never thought I’d be able to do one day.

Today, I am committed in making a positive impact in womens’ lives by developing their body’s full potential.

With my experience, knowledge and expertise, I am offering a 360° approach: from body conditioning to circuit training, cardio, agility training and core & strength. I provide you a balance of movements and the right disciplines that your body needs. I also add my expertise in womens’ fitness, taking into account the complexity of our bodies and the phase we go through.
