How do I purchase my PT sessions or my fitness programme?

Your PT sessions and your fitness programme can be purchased once we came to an agreement for the dates and times of your training. You will receive an invoice and can purchase your sessions/programme by bank transfer. Once paid, you will receive a text message for confirmation or an email.

What is the cancellation policy?

There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. This is to protect my time as a personal trainer and ensure other clients can have access to this time slot.


When can we start (PT sessions / Fitness programme)?

Once the payment has been received, your first session can start in 48 hours. This time allows me to prepare your session.

For the fitness programme, I aim to design and send the programmes within two working days.

How long can I redeem my sessions for?

5-weeks, starting from the day you have purchased your sessions. This is mainly to protect my business.

If you have not redeemed your sessions, these will not be refunded and will be considered as lost.
